How we handle damaged, incorrect or eligible returned products.
Contact us first
Email hello@bigdino.ma with your order number, phone number, photos and a description. Do not return anything without our instructions.
Eligibility
A replacement or return may be available for an incorrect item, arrival damage or a verified fulfillment problem. Products should remain sealed and unused unless the issue requires opening.
Resolution
After review, we may offer replacement, collection, store credit or refund depending on the issue, stock and applicable law.
Exclusions
Opened, used or improperly stored products are generally not eligible, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
